We’ll work with and for young people, led by their needs, hopes and aspirations, to improve their mental health and build confidence, self esteem, resilience and independence.
We’ll find dedicated mentors to support young people with the challenges they face while moving towards a happy, healthy, safe and sustainable adult life.
We’re hosted by the award-winning Life Chance Group, who already work with 5-16 year olds across South Devon.

For me, this was a natural evolution from being involved with the school and seeing the difference that an understanding of trauma, and specialist responses to it can make to an individual young person, and I didn’t want this to end for them at age 16 when they left school.
