ABOUT US
Life Chance Trust supports 16–25-year-olds across Devon who have experienced trauma, care, disruption or other significant challenges in their lives
WHAT WE DO
Through mentoring, life-skills support and opportunities to connect, we help young people build confidence, independence and the skills they need for adult life.
