JOIN THE TEAM
There are lots of ways to get involved with our dedicated and growing team – as a trustee, mentor, youth advisor or more!
The Life Chance Trust is a youth charity based in South Devon that was set up to support young people between the ages of 16-25 that have challenging backgrounds, which may include trauma, struggling in their school setting, social anxiety and poor mental health or being Care experienced.
Through a blend of mentoring and coaching, wellbeing and life skills support, practical help and advocacy, we’re working to build young people’s confidence, resilience, motivation, skills and networks, so they can look forward to the happy, healthy, safe and independent adult lives they deserve.

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion
Life Chance Trust is committed to equality of opportunity, supports, and encourages under-represented groups, and values diversity. We want our charity to reflect the diversity of our communities, and so welcome volunteers from a wide range of backgrounds, who will bring a fresh perspective, irrespective of age, disability (including hidden disabilities), gender, gender identity or gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, or sexual orientation. We may request information about your ethnicity, gender, disability, sexual orientation, religion and/or age to monitor how well we are reaching into our local communities: providing this information is up to you and won’t affect how we engage with you if you choose to get involved.
